“In Memory, the Mallarme Group” is inspired by the Symbolist poetry by poets such as Mallarme, Rimbaud and Baudelaire, evoking a time past (memory) through color and at times elements that could be recognized as images, yet not functioning as words and evocative, perhaps, of something else.
